Who We Are
Welcome to Jeria Sending!
What type of organization is Jeria Sending?
We are a non-profit religious organization that is purposefully aimed towards helping those in need, bettering lives, supporting spiritually and guiding people through every walk in life. We are committed to seeing people become who they are meant to be through Jesus Christ. We are intentional and passionate about seeing lives transformed.
“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;”
ISAIAH 61:1
To be a place where broken people can learn to regain their human dignity. To teach them there is a fall, but also a rise.

No. We are a non-profit interdenominational religious organization that is focused on reaching people by physical means (providing them with food, clothes and other necessities when possible) as well as by spiritual means (providing them with the Gospel of Jesus Christ).
We do have a sanctuary at the centre which is used for Sunday services about once a month. The reason we do not have regular Sunday services at the centre is because we do a lot of outreaches (a minimum of 8 outreaches per month) where many of which are on Sunday mornings.
We are not affiliated with a church or any denomination, although we have partnered with many other denominations (such as the NGK, Bet-el pilgrims, VGK, AGS, Moravian, Charismatic & Pentecostal) since we’ve been established.
Our focus is missions and our hearts are towards serving the Lord and serving others with the love of Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.
With a lot of faith, patience, passion, compassion and love (in other words: purely through the Holy Spirit)!
Our ministry is comprised of two areas: childrens ministry and farm ministry.
Children and Youth ministry makes up for the majority of our work. We are dedicated to make use of every opportunity to share the Gospel, the Good News of Jesus Christ, with as many children as possible.
Children’s ministry:
-
Schools in the area gets visited (on a daily basis) by trained children’s workers.
-
During the afternoons (after school) children get reached through the Good News Clubs.
-
Adults and Sunday school teachers get equipped through Super Seminars to effectively present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to children.
-
Holiday programs that are aimed at the spiritual well-being of every child.
Our Farm ministry covers about a fourth of our ministry.
We make every effort to reach as many farms as possible.
-
Weekly visits to farms the in our area.
-
Men’s ministry is aimed at the men of the farmlands.
-
Every month the Women’s ministry have social and spiritually uplifting gatherings at Jeria’s Centre.
Many people think that “getting involved” means to actively go out into the ministry fields with us and although it would be amazing to serve the Lord alongside us, there are many other ways you could get involved.
- Donate – Sponshorships has helped us greatly to reach more families during trying times. On a weekly basis we drive an excess of 300km and donations has helped us to reach even the furthest farms.
- Pray for us – We have many prayer warriors and intercessors that prays for us. There can never be “too much prayer” and we firmly believe in the power of prayer.
- Volunteer at one of our programs/events – We have many programs and events at the centre. If you would like to serve the Lord alongside us on any of our programs or missions, feel free to send us an email or send us a message on Facebook.

our partners
Here at Jeria we trust the Lord to partner us with the right organizations in order to not only help and empower the people in rural communities, but to spiritually uplift them as well. Through partners like Tygerberg 104FM and Child Evangelism Fellowship we are able to reach our local and rural schools with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
We have also partnered with the Trim Tab Foundation (previously known as the “Johann & Gaynor Rupert Foundation”) to help our local school learners through means of an Academic After Care Program.
